*Ingredients *
a half cut of pumpkin 半分に切ったかぼちゃ
ground meat 200g ひき肉、ブタか牛かあいびき
1) bread crumb, tofu, salt, pepper, miso (soybean paste), Kurose spice---as much as you please
パン粉、豆腐、塩、コショウ、みそ、黒瀬スパイス～適宜
First, combine all the ingredients 1) and ground meat in a bowl.
ひき肉と調味料を混ぜる。
Stuff the mixed meat in a cup of a half pumpkin. かぼちゃに詰める。
Wrapped it with aluminum foil. Place it in a grill. Wait to cook about 1 hour.
アルミホイルで包んでBBQコンロに1時間以上いれっぱなし。
