Lately everyone is asking me the same question over and over again: “what has changed with your nutrition and digestion now?” ... actually I never think about food, I mean, I think about it, but I know that it’s not a problem.⁣ ⁣ When you have a health disease that affects you, the focus must remain on your body's status of health, not just on food.⁣ ⁣ A healthy nutrition, targeted for your personal well-being, can be a valuable aid in healing. Restoring a good health as soon as possible is great but it’s not something you can achieve only focusing on what you eat. The focus need to be on listening to your body and on healing. ⁣ ⁣ 👉🏼 The symptoms of your body must be listened to, welcomed and understood!⁣ ⁣ So many of you ask me what to eat to suppress the uncomfortable symptoms. On the contrary sometimes to suppress symptoms can even make things worse. ⁣ ⁣ How many doctors in my past have blamed me for wrong eating habits...😒⁣ ⁣ Have you ever wondered if these humans knew what I eat and if these humans were really nutrition experts? 🤓(This doesn't mean having a certification hanging on the wall).🧐⁣ In addition, do you know that medical school doesn’t teach nutrition?😲...⁣ 🍏🍌🍑🍆🥑🥦🌽🥬⁣ You probably know more about food than them! Do you believe? 👩🏼‍🎓⁣ I truly don't want to discredit anyone: what I report comes from my direct experience and from what I learned from many testimonies who admitted their ignorance themselves.⁣ 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼⁣ #nutrition #ricettesane #cleaneating #lowfodmap #cibosano #healthyfood #healthyeating #consapevolezza #wellness #gutfriendly #mindfulness #healyourgut #salute #healthylifestyle #foodasmedicine #glutenfree #exercise #benessere #guarigione #healthychoices #healthyliving #dieta #bodypositivity #macros #mealprep #organic #gutbrainhealth #listentoyourbody #cleaneats #lowfodmapdiet
