How do you #detoxify your #body?⁣ What are the consequences of having #surgery? 🧐 ⁣ ⁣ Many call me and ask me how I am feeling now, sure that I'm fine and that I’ve completely recovered ... guys, it doesn't work like that! 😫⁣ ⁣ It doesn't happen in real #life but only TV series! 😂⁣ ⁣ When you are discharged from the #hospital after surgery and after a complex surgery like mine and after all the #antibiotics, #anti-inflammatories and #morphine you are given, you do not recover in a few days! ⁣ ⁣ 👉🏼First of all the #immunesystem is completely compromised and rebuilt it is estimated up to 30 months post-operation ... do you believe it? 😕 ⁣ ⁣ Aching pains continue for many weeks and to continue taking #painkillers only intoxicates the body and lengthens the #healing process. ⁣ ⁣ 👉🏼The liver is heavily #toxic by the #medicine that has #intoxicated the body and this is evident from the skin and the physical changes (weird accumulations of body #fat and #water-retention) which is due to all the toxins that are stored in the body. Our body does not detoxify in a few days after the huge amount of toxins introduced, because if the toxins were released as quickly as they were introduced, there would be a risk of death. 😨⁣ ⁣ The #detoxification process is never pleasant because it force the body to release toxins, to put them into the blood stream and into the #lymphaticsystem system and then to expel them using urine, sweat, feces and lungs and it is not possible to pour this garbage all together in a small period of time!!! This means first of all feeling #tired and fatigued for a long time, weak and exhausted, and this basically depends on the liver that must manage everything. ⁣ ⁣ Therefore, it is important to start detoxing immediately by stopping to introduction of toxins and by supportIng the #liver functions as soon as possible, sometimes aspecting an adverse reactions in your body, symptoms of detoxification in progress! The detoxification process of the body is never pleasant, did you know? 😲 ...⁣ ⁣ 👉🏼but believe me, it's worth it !!! 😉⁣ 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 #lowfodmap #cleaneating #cleanse #liverdetox #lymphaticdrainage #drybrush
