A very special risotto for this Sunday lunch.... A very special risotto for this Sunday lunch. Have you ever eaten nettle leaves? They are delicious and I use them as I would with spinach. They have an excellent taste and are a great help against joint pains and they are a powerful diuretic. It will be an excellent remedy after Christmas binges! They contain many fibers so better not to overdo the quantities. I buy dry nettle at the herbal shop or online and I cook it in the broth and coconut oil. Add Himalayan salt, black pepper and spices to taste. Parmesan, naturally without lactose and preservatives, as a topping. 60 g of Basmati rice 5 g of dried nettle leaves 5 g of coconut oil 15 g of Parmesan on top or chopped walnuts Smoked salt, chives, Himalayan pink salt and black pepper 330 Kcal ( 11 Fat 49 Carbs 11 Protein) . . . . . . . . . . . . #eattheworld #gastronomia #foodspotting #foodforthought #eatingfortheinsta #goodfood #homecooking #amazingfood #vscofashionfood #cookmagazine #instafoodie #tastingtable #healthyeating #foodilysm #onthetable_project #foodloverheaven1 #foodiesland #lowfodmap #foodinstagram #foodlife #tablesituation #thechalkboardeats #homemadefood #foodheaven #nogluten #foodprnshare #foodandwine #eatandtreats #nettle #risotto Un post condiviso da LOW FODMAP DIET (@lowfodmap.food) in data: 10 Dec 2017 alle ore 02:40 PST
