    What is your favorite fruit? ..and what is the fruit you eat most often? . Grapes are one of the fruits that in my house never fails. . I eat a lot, a lot of grapes because it is highly digestible and detoxifying. The red globe grape contains many micronutrients and it is rich in minerals, zinc, potassium, magnesium, iron, and vitamins of group B, A, and C. . It also contains the famous resveratrol, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. The grapes have a good content of calcium, copper, iron, and manganese: these components are important for the strength of the bones. . My yummy recipe is made of: . 120 grams of red globe grapes 20 grams of 99% cocoa dark chocolate 20 grams of Brazil nuts . 334 Kcal ( 6 P, 23 C, 23 F, 2,4 grams of dietary fibers) .
