2023年1月から
家族（バリキャリ妻と3歳娘）で
シンガポールに移住しました
ローです。
シンガポール生活7週間が経ち
だいぶ慣れてきたシンガポール生活。
3歳になった娘も3週間目には
プリスクール楽しく通い始めました。
プリスクールの先生曰く
うちの子は慣れるの早いようです。
同じ年の子は1年通ってもまだ、泣いて大変とのこと
そして、娘の英語ですが
だいぶ単語が出るようになってきました。
色とか数字をはじめ
BIGとSMALLや
UP,DOWN
などよく使う単語が英語になってきて
This one,とか言うようになり
近所の小学生くらいの子供と私が話してると
「Yes」「Yes」と相槌をうって
めっちゃ分かってる感をだしてます。
そんな娘を見て
1年後には結構英語しゃべりそうなので
私も本気で勉強しよと決意しました。

Hello,
Since January 2023,
my family (consisting of my career-oriented wife and our 3-year-old daughter) has relocated to Singapore. My name is LOW.
It has been 7 weeks since we started our life in Singapore, and we have started to get used to it.
Our daughter began enjoying attending pre-school in her third week,
and her teacher said that she seems to adapt quickly.
Other children of the same age still cry and have a hard time attending pre-school after a year, according to her teacher.
Our daughter's vocabulary has expanded significantly, including colors, numbers, and commonly used words such as BIG and SMALL, UP and DOWN. She even uses phrases like "This one" and responds with "Yes" when talking to older neighborhood children or when we speak to her in English. We are impressed by her progress and believe that she will be speaking English quite fluently within a year.
After seeing our daughter's progress, I have made a resolution to seriously study English myself.
