If I'm so tired, I'm having a hard time to compose an English language

・・・ Again I have to boost my study in speaking in English and more practice, because "Practice makes permanent".
Usually we say "practice makes perfect" whcich might be more popular in Japan.
But I feel that "Practice makes permanent" is more accurate for me.
Daily practicing brings me the permanentaly habit to improve my skills to get close to an ideal level.
