One weekend, a friend of mine brought
a yuzu cake called “Yuumochi” made by
Tsuruya Yoshinobu. It is a famous
confection that Emperor Showa has bought.
They carefully select aromatic yuzu fruits.
The refreshing scent of yuzu seems to have
a relaxing effect by relieving anxiety and
tension. Coincidentally, Murakami's yuzu
yokan (sweet bean jelly) was also
a Kanazawa souvenir from my family
this day! This was a New Year’s limited
sweets of the year of boar in a cute boar
printed package.
I had Matcha with my favourite wild boar’s
tea bowl that is used many times this year.
I ended my relaxing day with a blend of
yuzu and cypress pillow mist sleep spray.
ある週末、友人が、鶴屋吉信の柚餅と
一緒にやってきた♪ 昭和天皇も
お買い上げになったことがあるという
銘菓。香り高い柚子の実を厳選している
という。爽やかな柚子の香りは
不安や緊張をほぐし、リラックス効果が
あるらしい。
この日、家族からの金沢土産も
村上の柚子羊羹！こちらは、かわいい
イノシシのパッケージに入った亥年の
お正月限定商品。今年は登場回数の多い
お気に入りの猪の抹茶椀で。
柚子とヒノキのピローミストで
リラックスした1日を締めくくった。
