これからのことについて「～する前に」と言うときは、beforeの後の文で現在形を使います。


「そこの野菜に触る前に」は、beforeの後で現在形を使って、before you touch thosevegetablesとします。


「手を洗いなさい」を命令文で表すと、Wash your hands before youtouch those vegetables.となります。


「野菜」は複数形のvegetablesで表しますから、「そこの野菜」と言うときはthose vegetablesとします。
