Gene tells me that environmental candidates for Senate in Colorado and Iowa are now polling behind climate science deniers in their races.
The election is only nine days away — there’s very little time left to turn this around. If we lose these races, it’s almost certain that deniers will take control of the Senate.
Here’s what we can do about it:

The EPA’s budget could be slashed. The Clean Water Act, dismantled. Arctic National Wildlife Refuge drilling, rubber-stamped. Keystone XL pipeline, fast-tracked.
