喫茶店に勤めていた友達から聞いた裏技。
The secret trick of Pasta from a friend who worked in restaurant. 

パスタを注文ごとにいちいち茹でるのは不経済なので、一度に沢山茹でるそう。
They boil a lot of Past at once, because when they got a order of Spaghetti(or other Pasta) then boil it every order is tired and bad moneywise.

ここで裏技。
This is a secret trick for this time.

ゆで時間7分で完成のパスタなら2分くらい茹でて(堅い麺がやっと曲がるようになった頃)、水を張った容器にパスタを移し替える。
これで冷蔵庫で3日くらい持つ。

If your Pasta was need boil to 7minutes in hot water then try boil around 2minutes.
When your Past got little bit soft (only can just "bend" and still hard in air) then move Pasta to bowl or container with full of cold water.
It can keep 3days in Fridge.

使う分量だけ取り出して炒めるとちゃんと茹でたパスタとあまり変わらない食感。
When you want to use it then you need only fry it on frying pan with some Oil.
This Pasta will very same texture with normal boiled Pasta.

光熱費節約、または日に何度も作る必要がある時、お弁当用など小分けで少量づつ使いたい時に便利です。
This secret trick is very useful for save cooking cost and your time.
