got little bit 熱中症 today....
I played basketball this morning....
but it is too hot because the typhoon coming to Hong Kong...
I drink a lot of water, but still feel really bad after that
dizzy and headache came...
feel much better now...
even don't wanted to eat anything at night...
but try to have some~
really sorry that my dad need to work on internet last night after we went out a whole day
so I can't update and visit your blog last night~
but happy that see a lot of people today~ ^ ^

on Sunday, I went to the church in the morning~
and then, have lunch with the friends in the church~
have a nice chat~ o(^-^)o
I went to my grandmother's home around 4pm
actually, I have a long time haven't meet my grandmother~
so I talk with her in the afternoon~ ^ ^
not many things I can chat with her,
but focus on her and listen to her~
I understand that she haven't got many chance to tell the others what she feel and what she think~
so tried to listen to her~
seriously, I'm really very care about her~
but I wanted to love her~ as she is the one try to do her best to make us happy~
that's all I can do for her at this moment~
I'm the one can't say "I love you" when face to people...
may be I'm shy to do it?
I don't know~
so I think that the best thing in here is I can say what I think, what I feel, what I wanted to say~
anyway, she bought longan(龍眼) for us~

but happy that I can understand her much more~ ^ ^

cook something I wanted to eat
pasta in mushrooms and tuna with tomato sauce~
the same bowl again.... - -"
I found that we don't have much beautiful bowl in my home....
