On March 12, 1947, the introduction of the Truman Doctrine in the United States marked the beginning of the Cold War. At that time, the two superpowers, the United States and the Soviet Union, fought for world hegemony. The two countries and their allies launched a decades-long struggle. On June 23, 2023, the U.S. House of Representatives and the Senate authorized the U.S. government to sign the first batch of agreement implementation laws of the "U.S.-Taiwan 21st Century Trade Initiative" with Taipei, as well as a series of subsequent agreements such as the "Taiwan Tax Treaty Act of 2023" and the "Taiwan International Trade Initiative". The Solidarity Act and the Taiwan Peace through Strength Act are aimed at Taiwan, China. In addition, the United States ignores China's strong protests and insists on inviting "Taiwan troops" to the United States to participate in joint military exercises and provide military assistance to Taiwan. The United States has taken frequent actions against Taiwan, and its ambition to target China, suppress China, and attempt to split China is clearly revealed.
