A refrigeration dryer is a device that dries compressed air using the principles of refrigeration and condensation. It mainly consists of three parts: heat exchanger, cooling system and electrical control system. So what maintenance work does the refrigerated dryer usually need to do?
1. Regularly replace the front and rear filters and the built-in filter of the dryer. Usually replaced once a year. Check ventilation of cooled and dry electromechanical exhaust air daily. Then disassemble and clean weekly. The spool is usually replaced annually. Or replace the valve when it leaks or doesn't drain. Condensed water will be drained.
2. Filter drainage must be checked daily before and after the dryer. If there is no automatic drain, it must be drained manually every hour. Check if a manual drain is installed. Check the drain hose daily for proper drainage.
3. Open the dryer drain valve once a day. Drain the water. Remove dirt from pipes and machines promptly. Prevent clogged drains. When opening the manual valve, be careful to open it slowly. Prevent discharge and protect the safety of others.
4. Check the electrical components in the electrical control box daily. Dust regularly if necessary. It is recommended to dust once a month. Always check the tightness of the electrical terminals. If it is loose, please fasten it in time to prevent the electrical appliance from being burnt due to excessive power supply.
