ユーザの作成はrootで行う必要があります。
ここでは、xx_batchというユーザを作ります

su -
（パスワード）

ユーザ追加
useradd xx_batch

ユーザ確認
id -a xx_batch

ユーザ変更
sudo su -xx_batch
