As I mentioned before, I was not able to understand the meaning of this project

The reason is as follows:
(1) Experience Time
Many pavilions are raising the turnover, and structure is improved so that many KidZanians can experience work. Using/Speaking English will need time compared with usual.
(2) Kindergartner(small child)
English is not needed for small children, because they can not read/write HIRAGANA character. Language required for them is right Japanese. KidZania is not an English-conversation school!
(3) Why MACHIDOKEI?
What is the concept of Kidzania? It is actual work experience. Then, what is the work which speaks English? It is not MACHIDOKEI or Photo Studio, either.
It should be CA and Newscaster. A small child will not be able to experience them (since a character cannot be read).
Incidentally, no response from KidZaniaTokyo Information Center.
