Choice ( A) repeats the words president and aid. choice ( B) is confused with the president's visiting different areas of the country. choice ( D) repeats the phrase emergency personnel and uses the word flood out of context.
3. (C) The president will address the nation on Sunday. choices (A) and ( D) use the word address out of context. choice (B) is what the president will do next week.
