こんばんわ、日本は本日体育の日という祭日だそうで、お休みは運動してるんですか？
こちらはそろそろ日曜日が終わる夜11時ごろです。
昨日に続きヘアーの話です。 DHT というホルモンがたくさん体内でできてくると髪の毛の毛細血管がダメージしてきて髪の毛が生えなくなってくるんだそうです。このDHT をブロックすることができるサプリメントがあります。

髪の毛をはやすBIOTIN という成分が含まれてるサプリメントと
髪の毛を濃くするセーレム（飲むものではなく、つけるセーレムです。）
