I am pretty sure everyone had tried pasta at least one in his life, but how much do you know about pasta?
Italy is the home of pasta, but making it is not just matter of ingredients 材料, what make pasta unique is also the shape パスタの形.
It migh be less known that in Italy has been making thousands of types of pasta パスタの形の100つぐらい作られている, from well-known quills and tubes, to unusual shapes handmade from region to region
