Today I want to talk about Carnival. Have you ever heard this word?
Carnival is a Western festivity related to Christian religion. It takes place every year from February to March in many different countries. One of the most famous is Brazilian Carnival, full of dances and parades. However today I will talk about Venice Carnival.
One of the thing that amazes me the most are all these masks!

Don't you think that these masks are pieces of art? 
Why do we use masks? There is not a clear answer to this question. It has different meanings according to the culture, however what is common everywhere is that wearing mask permits you to act freely without showing your identity! Clever, isn't it?
I really suggest you to go to Venice once and admire this unique mask parade!
