All about Managments

Major League Baseball is one of the professional business managments. So, they should have financial reports such as Profit Loss or Balance Sheet. If they got a loss, they need to improve their managments.

Some Japanese famous & successful IT manager said "some people said I am a lucky guy, but I do not think so by myself: I have a vision or goal in the middle term and long team. And then, I am looking for some tasks and doing some everyday to achieve the goal. If you have a goal, you have to see the tasks everyday what you should do today."

I think this is working for not only business world, but also our personal life. What am I doing today?

I feel sorry for Reds because I can not see what they are looking for in this year. I mean I know it should be difficult for 2011, so they should look for 2012 World Champion, and then they can find what they are doing today.

I think this rule is very simple, but doing and following this in our daily life is not easy. Only winner is following this rule everyday.

I Think This Guy is Really Cool!

Yesterday, a guy was been interviewed as winning hero, and his name is Miguel Cairo. The reason is that he achieved 1,000 hits. I know if baseball players would got this, he should be a hero as norman. But, this is not just normal: He is called "super sub," which means that he does not play as regular or star players, but he only play for some regular or star players got injured.

Why has he been called as this? Because he can play everywhere: Sometimes, he play as third base or second base. That is why he did for 1,000 hits I believe.

In his interview, he said, "We do not know what is going on, I mean I am still believing for october of play off." To me, current over 10 games to top would be very difficult, which it may be impossible as baseball common sense, so many fans even players might have given up this season, 2011. But, he always play with his best, and still believe the winning for October. I think he is cool!

Today, Cincinnati won with seven home runs against San Diego, and he did 2 home runs. Again, this guy is really cool!

Beseball is Like a Life, hahaha

In the old movie and one of my favorites one, Forest Gump, Tom Hanks said, "Life is a box of chocolate" in the beginning of the movie. The mean is that we do not know the inside of box before opened. Yes, I agree life too, hahaha.

Let me go back to Reds. For a couple weeks ago, they were getting close to the top of the National league central for only 3 games to the top. After that, they lost and lost, how nice hahaha. And, one of our rivals, Milwalky won and won, so currently we have alredy been hehind 8 games, so this season would be very very difficult for the champion, I know.

Someone said to me, Hey Jun, just change your team, hahaha I think it would be good idea if I can. I used to go by Red Sox, and currently, they are pretty good deal to go. Yesterday, I watched Yanks at Red Sox by TV, and they won. I would like to change my favorive team, but it would not be easy. Finally, I need to go by Reds still, hahaha

I do not expect too much for them for the champion, but I can watch them for just a enjoyable game, you know? I think this is a kind of life: No one would be having perfect life, and most should have some issues or struggles, but we can not change this to other's one, you know? We need to learn how we handle by ourselves when things do not go well, how do we hande with this Anyhow, always a time goes by each moment, so I believe we need to find a some fun even if you face some difficulties. Go Reds, still? hahaha
