I found this expression in "Voice Tube" video.
Voice Tube is the free English learning site providing a lot of subtitles videos and movies trailers and music videos.
The expression "up for grabs" is used by former US president Barack Obama in his speech.
To tell the truth, it was difficult for me to understand what he said. However, I could catch this expression and then I got interested in what he meant.
I'm sure it is usuful for English learners to learn a lot of English expressions before listening practice.
