Last Sunday and Monday, I went to Shiga Prefecturehike.

The representative of our waterfall activity was inaugurated as the chief priest of Enmanin-Temple located in Otsu City.

On Sunday, we hiked the Mt.Ibuki located near the Lake Biwa in Shiga and On Monday, we participated in the events held at the temple.
It's been 2 years since I walked with the monk in the mountain.

Following behind him was so fun to me that I asked him what's the difference.

He said that his walking among the mountains is an acsetic activity.

To descend the way from the top of mountain is more important than to ascend the way toward the top.

We climb the mountain to descend the mountain.

When we are ruuning down the hill, we have to keep concentrating on where we put our foot on.

If we lose our concentration, we might get injured.

We use all five senses and during such time we think nothing.

It is meditation.

During the trip, everything was so great that I refleshed myself.
