On Sunday, I went to the International Conference Center Hiroshima to participate in International Festival 2018 for the first time.

It was a much bigger event than I expected.

Inside the building, there were a lot of programs offering experience, exhibition, hands on Japanese Culture and learning. And Outside the building, Hiroshima International Village and Food Stalls opened.

At 10:00 am, the opening ceremony took place at the entrance and there was a live piano and violin performance.

The violinist introduced their program "yesterday" that was released 6 August 1965, 20 years after A-bomb.

This song written by Paul McCartney is one of the most popular songs of The Beatles.

Because the members of the Beatles are known as a pacifist, I supposed they might have released it on that day on purpose. However it was not what I expected. According to "The Beatles Bible", the making of "yesterday" was a long story. The violinist said it's a fate. Actually it seemed a coincidence.
