A broadcast is made every day at 10 p.m. with a loudspeaker saying, "This is the ward office. An emergency declaration has just been issued. Please refrain from going out unnecessarily and urgently." in my reigion.
Reading other people's blogs, it seems that some people are turning around while broadcasting with a loudspeaker in their car.
The broadcasting like this may be done all over Japan, but ... the effect is doubtful.
私の住んでいる区は、毎日１０時に拡声器で「こちらはｘｘです。ただいま緊急事態宣言が出されています。不要不急の外出は自粛しましょう」という放送がされています。
他の人のブログを見ると、車で拡声器で放送しながら回っているというところもあるようです。
日本中でやっているのかわかりませんが・・効果は疑問です。
