telework/テレワーク

My company recommends telework to employees to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

I will also work one day a week and telework four day this week.

teleworking can lead to lack of exercise. 

So to make up for the lack of exercise, 

I'm going to go outside and buy a take-out lunch during the lunch break.

コロナウィルスの感染拡大防止のため、会社がテレワークを推奨しています。

私も今週から週１日出勤、４日はテレワークにしました。

テレワークだと運動不足になりますので、昼休みは外にテイクアウトのランチを買いに行くことにしています。
