二つの節の動作は同時に起きているときは上と同じPPかing になるが、最初の節の動作が先に起きていることを強調したいときは完了形を使います。

Doing~ が
Having done~ にかわります。
Having worked overseas, the new director brings valuable international experience to the company.
海外で働いた経験があるため、新しい取締役は会社に貴重な国際的経験をもたらします。
Done が
Having been done にかわります。
Having been delayed by heavy traffic, the speaker arrived a few minutes late to the seminar.
交通渋滞により遅れたため、講演者は数分遅れてセミナーに到着した。
ここで一つの間違えやすいポイントは、
Having done~ は過去分詞を使っているので受動態に見えてしまうかもしれないが、能動態です。
Having been done が受動態です。

しかし、Be動詞の being はそのまま省略できるので、

これに副詞が付くこともよくあります。
