訳：全員が到着したら、本日の研修セッションのスケジュールを確認します。
これは消去法を使って解く問題です。
everyone が主語なので動詞の三人称単数形が必要です。つまり、動詞に ｓ が必要です。例えば、 『Once everyone arrives』 なら使えます。A. が消えます。
B. の arrived は過去形なので空白の後の we’ll go の未来形と意味的に合いません。
『once, when, while, before, after, until, unless, if』という接続詞が付いている節は条件節と呼ばれて、その接続詞が付いている節の中で未来形を使うことができません。例えば、『今夜寝る前に勉強する』という意味の文を作ると、
Tonight I will study before I go to bed.
before I will go to bed とは言えません。
未来の話でも現在形を使います。

注目ポイント： 接続詞の 『～したら、～した時』 という意味の once/after の条件節では do/does と have done の意味が何も変わりません。たとえば、『Once everyone arrives』 と 『Once everyone has arrived』 は同じ意味です。『After everyone arrives』 と 『After everyone has arrived』 も同じです。

訳： レポートを見直した後、リーさんはマーケティング戦略にいくつかの変更を加えることを提案しました。
before と after の後は SV か ing のどちらかでないといけません。主語がないので ing にするしかありません。
When の後は SV、~ing、PP と前置詞は全部ありえます。例えば、
