今日は5月30日。 ５ ３ ０ に因んでゴミゼロの日とのこと。影響されやすく、冷蔵庫の見直し。ニンジンとパセリを刻んで炒め、ピーマンも刻んで炒め、いただきものの河内晩柑も皮も刻んでこれはマーマレードに。まだ、苦み抜き茹でこぼし中。
刻むのはメンタルにはよい感じです。
なお、国際ゴミゼロの日ともいえる国連が定めた Internaional Day of Zero Wasteは3月30日だそうです。ゼロにするのは食べ物の廃棄だけではありません。今年の目標は、ファッションや繊維製品における廃棄物をゼロにすることとのこと。
