2025年2月に肺腺癌ステージ4と診断を受けてから六ヶ月が経ちました。治療をしなければ余命あと半年程と言われた私ですが、
半年たった2025年8月14日にサルベージ手術を受けることになり、見える癌はすべて身体から取り除くことができ生きています！
他の癌ではステージ４でも手術を行う場合もあるが、肺がんに関してはステージ４と診断されると標準治療では手術は行わないとのこと。肺がんは手術をしても予後よくないというのがデータからわかっているからだと説明をうけました。
これから徐々に経緯、治療方法、心理面や家族の状況等をお伝えしたいと思います。
Hello everyone,
Six months have passed since I was diagnosed with stage 4 lung adenocarcinoma in February 2025. I was told I had about six months to live without treatment, but six months later, on August 14, 2025, I underwent salvage surgery and am now alive, with all the visible cancer removed from my body!
In other types of cancer, surgery may be performed even at stage 4, but for lung cancer, surgery is not part of the standard treatment for a stage 4 diagnosis. This is because data shows that the prognosis after lung cancer surgery is not good.
I will gradually share more about my journey, including the course of events, treatment methods, and the psychological and family aspects of my experience.
