前回の投稿から2ヶ月が過ぎてしまいました(^_^;)
10月に受けた術後初めてのCTの検査でも結果はクリアでした。もちろん癌があった肺を切除しているので何も無いのですが。
そして血液検査も全く問題なしということでした。 タグリッソは引き続き服用しつつ経過観察中です。
副作用はアップダウンがあります、最近は爪囲炎がひどく、指が腫れ上がっております。もちろん主治医に相談しながら対処中ですが、なにかに当たると痛くて冷や汗がでます。
一方、酷かった口内炎に関しては新しい歯磨き粉を使用してから治まっていて、歯磨き粉のおかげ？かどうかはわからずですが…
使い初めて3週間大きな口内炎はできていません！（嬉し涙）
病院の歯科のドクターにも見ていただき、研磨剤が入っているので磨き方には気をつける必要があるけれども、成分的にも全く問題ないとおっしゃっていただきましたのでShareしますね。

さて、ようやく手術の後遺症である咳も治まり、身体も調子が戻ってきて動けるようになってきました。
一日外出すると翌日しんどくなることもありますが、体力も気力もだいぶ戻ってきたと実感しています。
そして、実は今ビジネスを立ち上げるべく準備中です。
病気になったからこそ気づいたことがあり、やりたいと思えることに出会えました。
1年前の今の時期は病気になるなんて全くわからなかった私、ましてや起業なんて思ってもいませんでした。
マイペースに工夫をしながら進めていこうとおもいます、そして思いっきり楽しもうと決めました。
私にどのぐらい時間が残されているのかわからないからこそ、今やろうと思った次第です。
どのようなビジネスなんだろうと思っていらっしゃる方もいると思いますがもう少し形になってから機会があればお伝えしたいなと思っています。

~Lung Adenocarcinoma Stage IV: CT Clear! Dealing with Side Effects and My Decision to Start a Business~
Hello everyone! It’s been a while since my last post!
Two months have already passed since then (^_^;)
On the health side, the first CT scan after the surgery, which I had in October, came back clear. Of course, since the cancerous part of my lung was removed, there’s nothing there. My blood test results were also completely fine. I am continuing to take Tagrisso while under observation.
I have ups and downs with side effects; recently, paronychia (nail bed inflammation) has been severe, and my fingers are swollen. I am managing this while consulting with my main doctor, of course, but it hurts so much I break out in a cold sweat if I bump them.
On the other hand, the terrible mouth sores (stomatitis) have subsided since I started using a new toothpaste. I'm not sure if it's thanks to the toothpaste, but... it's been three weeks, and I haven't developed any major sores!
I even had a dental specialist at the cancer center examine it. They mentioned that since it contains abrasive agents, I need to be careful with how I brush, but they said there are absolutely no issues with the ingredients. I'd like to share it with you!

I found it at BIO-RAL (a Life supermarket chain store)! The sign is a deep blue package with white lettering. For me personally, I feel that this is truly different from the toothpastes I used before. Please be aware that everyone is different, so if you decide to use it, please follow the instructions on the package.
Now, the coughing that was a post-surgery side effect has finally settled down, and my body and enegy are finally coming back. Sometimes I feel exhausted the day after going out all day, but I truly feel my physical and mental energy returning.
And now, I am preparing to launch a new business.
I found something I genuinely want to do because of the insights I gained from being sick. This time last year, I had no idea I would get sick, let alone consider starting a business. I've decided to proceed at my own pace, being creative and, most importantly, enjoying the process greatly. It is because I don't know how much time I have left that I decided to do this now.
I know some of you might be wondering what kind of business it is, but I hope to share more once it takes shape.
