『教えて学ぶ、学んで教える』の基本理念をもとに、ランゲージエクスチェンジを中心に日本人、外国人学習パートナーを紹介するサービスを提供しています。日本語学習希望の外国人ビジネスマン、留学生（大学生、日本語学校学生）、英語講師、旅行者、主婦が多数参加しております。語学だけではなく、文化、音楽、料理、スポーツ、ビジネス、専門知識/技術等のエクスチェンジ交流もできます。
2015年11月現在、参加メンバー1131名（日本人メンバー427名、外国人メンバー704名）。東京都、神奈川県、千葉県、埼玉県を中心に展開中です。参加費は無料です。パートナーマッチング成立料金は、1名のマッチングにつき3000円となります。
