約3年ぶりに試したこと２つ目
映画館で映画を観る
『ドクターストレンジ・マルチバース・オブ・マッドネス』
かなり久しぶりの映画館
『ドクター・ストレンジ』は、マーベルの映画の中でも割と好きな映画の一つ
そして、大きなスクリーンで観たいタイプの映画だったので
映画館で観ることにしました
サンフランシスコのダウンタウンにあるAMC Metreon

3Dにするか迷いましたが、今回は、Dolbyで
以前は、アメリカは、日本に比べて、映画のチケットが安い！
（千円以下で観ることができる）という感じだったのに、
今では東京で映画観る方がサンフランシスコで映画観るより安いと思います
映画館や場所によって値段は変わるので、一概には言えませんが。
サンフランシスコの映画のチケットは、どんどん値段が上がってしまいました

だいぶ古くなってしまっていた感じがします
普通の動かない座席よりは、やはり楽です
結局最後までマスクしたままだったので、少し疲れました
満席ではありませんでしたが、思ったよりも席埋まっていました。
映画の感想は、全く内容知らないで観に行って、期待が高かったからなのか、
少し物足りなさがあったかも、というのが正直な感想
話が展開する理由が、私にはあまりしっくりこなかったからかも
でも映像は楽しみました

Bullet Trainも予告編で流れていました。日本が舞台？！と思ったら、原作も伊坂幸太郎で、日本だったので、少しびっくりしました。
Another thing that I recently did after almost 3 yaers is watching a movie at a theater.
"Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness"
It's been a while since the last time I went to a movie theater. "Doctor Strange" was one of my favorite Marvel movies and it's a type of movie I'd want to see in a big screen as it has a great visual effect and dynamic scenes. So, we decided to go to the movie theater. There's an AMC Metreon in San Francisco downtown. There's a food court on the first floor. I wonder how good the ice cream from Uji is and I want to try next time as I like tea and ice cream.
We debated on watching this movie with 3D but we decided to go with Dolby. Movie tickets used to be cheaper in the US than in Japan a while ago. For instance, it was less than 10 bucks. However, I think nowadays it's cheaper in Tokyo than the one in San Francisco. It depends on location or the theater, though. I feel like it got more and more expensive these days.

The good thing about the recent theater are the leather reclining chairs, although they looked old and torn now. It is definitely more comfortable than a regular seat. I ended up wearing a mask for the whole time so it was a bit tiring. It was not full but there were more people than I imagined.
Regarding the movie, it wasn't that great but ok. I expected a bit more excitement. Maybe it's because I didn't know anything about the story and my expectation might have been high. Also, it might be because I didn't fully get the point of main reason the story starts. However, I enjoyed it and I liked great scenery of various places.

Bullet Train caught my attention also as I saw some place in Japan. I googled and found out it is actually based on a Japanese novel, Maria Beetle by Kotaro Isaka, which was surprising to me.
