Watermelon splitting or suikawari is a traditional game here in Japan during summer season.
Today, Lakeside Academy children were all excited to play the watermelon splitting game!
Each kid were blindfolded, use a wooden stick and tried their best to split the whole watermelon while friends are shouting out directions.
"Left, left!", "Right, right!", "Go straight, straight!".
Everyone was excited cheering their friends!

Kids from G-2 class also join us cheering their Academy friends. Happily, after the game, we also ate our favorite sweet watermelon. Everyone said it's yummy!
