Academy kids had a great experience during the "mochitsuki" or rice cake pounding activity. This fun yearly tradition was participated by teachers and kids to welcome the New Year.
Everyone cheered excitedly as their friends and teachers pound the rice cake. At snack time, everybody enjoyed the rice cake with different flavors.
Rice cake with dried seaweed (nori), with sweet soy sauce and roasted soy flour (kinako) was yummy.........🤤🤩
