構内散策
５月になると、学校構内のあちらこちらでテッポウユリの花が咲き始めます。
真っ白で清楚で逞しい立ち姿で、ひときわ目を引きます。
思わずカメラ（コンデジ；Pentax Optio WPi）を持ってうろうろしたりしますが、
写真好きの友人の言う通り「白いものを撮るのは難しい」っ！
ホワイトバランスを百合の白に調整すれば一応真っ白に写りはしますが、
コントラストのないものの造形を画像で表現するのは至難の技です。
（透かして誤摩化してみました）
テッポウユリLilium longiflorum
南西諸島原産で沖縄には自生群があるらしいです。
学校に生えているのは植えられたものなのか、自生なのかはっきりしません。
でもこれでもか！ってくらにあちこちで咲いています。
In May, EASTER LILY Lilium longiflorum begin to be in full bloom in our campus, here and there.
White, innocent and Powerful, they catch the eyes of people going.
So often I am rambling to take nice pict of them,
but it's so so difficult to show her noble appearance in picture.
It is often said, "TO TAKE PICTURE OF WHITE THINGS IS DEADLY HARD",
also told by my friend who's film-junkie.
もうひとつ花を紹介しましょう。
ムラサキカタバミOxalis corymbosa
こちらは南アメリカ原産の帰化植物で、沖縄ではほぼ季節を問わず咲いています。
なかなか可愛らしい草姿と花で、ついついカメラを向けてしまいます。
色のかなり薄いものからどぎついピンク色のものまで、花の色合いはじつに変異に富みます。
カタバミ属の植物で、葉をかじるとカタバミと同様に酸味があります。

This plant is introduced species from southern America.
In Okinawa, they show their flowers almost at all seasons.
She's cute, easy to take picture (tall flowers is difficult as they easily swing in the wind).
Color variation is plenty, from pale-pink to bright, strong-pink.
Like other Oxalis, its leaves tastes sour.
