今日は、パンダくん
のアレルギーテストに行って来ました。
区の健康センターで週一回、アレルゲン外来がります。
テストの方法は、乳児には過酷な注射方式
アレルゲンの疑いがある成分を少量注入し、10分後に腫れ具合をチェックします。
今日は、牛乳
、米
、大豆
の3種類。
ということで、3回注射
6ヶ月児をあなどるなかれ、ちゃんと記憶してしまい、2回目からは先生を見て大泣き
10分待って、注射した部分の周りが赤くはれていると、アレルギーあり・・・
結果は、牛乳と米がアレルギー反応でちゃいました
きゅう姉ちゃんが卵もダメだったので、当分卵、牛乳、米が食べられません！
お米のお粥、大好き
みたいで、いつもモリモリ食べているのに、
しばらく食べられなくなってしまって、かわいそうだなぁ・・・
で、母乳のため、当然私もしばらくの間、この3つが食べられないのでした
何食べよう・・・
小麦はOKなので（っていうかテストしてない）
麺とパン（それも卵なし）で炭水化物をとるしかなさそうです。
今日は早速麦ごはんを炊いてみました。（カレーだったので・・・）
断乳すると、夜中
に起きた時にミルクを作るのが面倒だし、
う～ん、どうしよう。
Today Panda and I went to take allergic reaction test.
Our ward has a allergy clinic in the health center once a week.
To confirm allergy, inject a small quantity of allergic ingredient to the patient
and wait 10 minutes, then check if the spot begins to swell.
Today Panda took 3 kind of ingredients; milk, rice, and soybean.
He bursted into crying from 2nd try; he can memorize only he is 6 months old !
As a result, he is allergic to milk, and rice.
Kitty was allergic to eggs, so he can't eat eggs, mil and rice for a while.
I'm so sorry he can't eat rice, he seems to like it very much...
Of course, I can't eat these 3 foods.
What shall I eat? I can't eat rice, so I should eat
noodles, or bread(includes no egg).
Today we plan to eat curry, so I made barley rice.

そのあと、健康センター近くの韓国街で、
コーン茶とゆず茶
を購入しました
After allergy test, we went to Korean town near the clinic
and bought corn tea and Yuzu tea,
ほんとはキムチも買いたいんだけど、
今は母乳のため、辛いものは
なのです
I'd like to buy kimchee, but I can't eat now for
Panda can't drink hot mother's milk.
ほかにも、韓国食品関係、たくさん売ってました！
また来たいな～（でもアレルギーテストでは来たくないが・・・
）
