Super Junior-Super Show4 concert cancelled.
As a promoter of Super Junior- Super Show 4 in Sydney, JK Entertainment would like to apologize for the unfortunate cancellation of the concert, scheduled for 5th May 2012 at Allphones Arena in Sydney.
The reason for calling off the event was due to director of promoter's current medical issue which requires immediate treatment. As a director, he is heavily involved with organizing such a big event like "Super Show4"; unfortunately, he is currently unable to administer the event with his current condition.
However, we strongly believe that we will recover from this period and reposition ourselves in the near future with well-planned events. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused.
We, as the promoter sincerely apologise to the people who have been at loss morally and materially, especially to the fans, media partners also the sponsorship partners.
Please refer below for information about organising your refund if you have purchased a ticket for the event. Refund will be available through the original point of purchase.
Please note the refunding process will be staring from Monday 16th Apr 2012, please be patient just for little longer until the next update.
TICKETEK -REFUND INFORMATION
FOR TICKETS PURCHASED BY CREDIT CARD:
If you purchased tickets using your credit card, the full purchase price will be refunded automatically to your credit card. Please allow seven days for the refund to come through.
FOR TICKETS PURCHASED BY CASH/EFTPOS:
If you purchased your tickets at a Ticketek agency, Cash/ EFTPOS refunds are available at the point of purchase*, Head Office agencies (see below for locations) or by post.
