I have been a member of THE TOP since its founding.
As a member of TOP, I want to be a shop where all members have established what they are good at.
We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to the TOP administrative staff for their outstanding administrative skills and for their always kind support.
People are far more likely to succeed if they spend their time developing what they are good at, rather than by compensating for what they are bad at.
Do you have such a “specialty”?
It's good to be able to proudly say, "I'm good at this!"
Your field of expertise will be the weapon that opens up your future.
This in itself can lead to self-confidence, be used in everyday work, and gain respect from those around you.
Don't be satisfied with your current level of what you're good at, but keep improving and turning it into an even better weapon.
The more you refine it, the more it will shine as a weapon that opens up the future.
It's good to have someone who is good at something, but there may also be people who say they don't have any area of expertise.
Don't be discouraged by such people.
If you don't have an area of expertise, start creating one now.
My specialty is acquired elements.
A characteristic of talent is that it has a large innate component, while areas of expertise have a large acquired component.
You can learn new things by making an effort.
It can be strengthened through training.
If you can say that you are relatively good at something or that you are relatively used to it, you can say that you are good at it.
If you like cooking and hone your skills, cooking will become your specialty.
Before you know it, you may have improved to a level that rivals the pros.
If you study abroad diligently for one year, you will become good at overseas.
By then, they may have come to be called ``foreign doctors.''
If you continue to run at your own pace every day, marathons will become your specialty.
In a year's time, you may be at a level where you can aim for a top finish in a full marathon.
By studying and training, you can create a new field of expertise, regardless of your age.
Moreover, you can acquire as many as you want, depending on your efforts.
Human potential is truly limitless.
If you don't have an area of expertise, start creating one.
Your specialty can be anything you like.
It would be nice to have something that is useful to the world, but of course it could be something completely unrelated.
Even if it's just a hobby or a hobby, it's OK.
It is possible to master a field of expertise even when you are older.
It's not too late to be a student, or even a member of society.
In fact, the areas of expertise you develop after reaching your 60th birthday are sure to shine even brighter.
It's never too late to develop your specialty.

人は苦手なことを補うことよりも、得意なことをさらに伸ばすことに時間をかけたほうが圧倒的に成功しやすいです。
あなたにはそんな「得意分野」がありますか。
胸を張って「これが得意です！」と言えることがあればいいです。
得意分野は未来を切り開く武器になります。
それ自身が自信につながったり普段のしごとで活かされたり周りからの尊敬を集めたりがすることができます。
得意なことを現状のレベルで満足するのではなく、どんどん磨いてもっと素晴らしい武器に変えていきましょう。
磨くほどに未来を切り開く武器として、ますます輝いていきます。
得意分野がある人はいいのですが、一方で「得意分野がない」という人もいるでしょう。
そんな人も落ち込まないでください。
得意分野がなければ、今から作ればいいです。
得意分野は、後天的な要素です。
才能は先天的要素が大きい一方で、得意分野は後天的要素が大きいのが特徴です。
努力することで新しく身につけることができます。
トレーニングによって強化していくことが可能です。
「比較的上手にできる」「比較的慣れている」という程度で十分得意分野と言っていいです。
料理が好きで腕を磨けば、料理が得意分野になるでしょう。
気づいた時にはプロに引けを取らないレベルまで上達しているかもしれません。
海外の事を1年間こつこつ勉強すれば、海外が得意分野になるでしょう。
その時には「海外博士」と呼ばれるようになっているかもしれません。
毎日マイペースでランニングを続けていれば、マラソンが得意分野になるでしょう。
1年後にはフルマラソンで上位完走を目指せるレベルになっているかもしれません。
勉強やトレーニングをすれば、年齢に関係なく、新しく得意分野を作ることができます。
しかも1つだけでなく、努力次第でいくつでも身につけることが可能です。
人間の可能性は、まさに無限大です。
得意分野がなければ、これから作っていきましょう。
得意分野は自分の好きなことで何でもいいです。
世の中に役立つものがいいですが、もちろん全く関係のないものであってもいい。
完全な趣味や遊びでもOKです。
得意分野の習得は、年齢を重ねてからでも可能です。
学生はもちろん、社会人になってからも遅くありません。
むしろ、還暦を過ぎてから身につける得意分野は、ひときわ大きな輝きを魅せるはずです。
得意分野を作るのに遅すぎることはないです。
TOPの一員でいられていることで、そう想える今に心から感謝と幸せを感じています。
