今年は2日とも違うメニューです。
1日目はAndre Classic
2日目はAndre Aggressive
1日目は「Classic」として、D.Bespoke 金高大輝氏が、
2日目は「Aggressive」として、日本バーテンダーのレジェンド 中垣繁幸氏が登場します。

D.Bespoke is celebrating its 2nd anniversary and its achievement of the World's top 63rd bar 2016.
Chef Andre Chiang will be partnering up with us in celebrating this important occasion. This year, we are fortunate to have Mr Shigeyuki to join us as well.
Diners will be experiencing an exquisite collaboration between Chef Andre, Mr Shigeyuki (Owner Bartender "Barossa Cocktailier") and Mr Daiki (D.Bespoke's Founder & Partner, Head Bartender).
The trio has a deep passion and appreciation of the finest cuisines, drinks and culture.
This tasting menu will be a secret and consist of 8 special courses to surprise you according to the respective themes on both days.
We aim to create a gastronomic experience that will leave an indelible impression.
