*My recipe is a plain macaron with espresso and chocolatechips
*a hand mixer or stand mixer is easier to have with this recipe*
*it's really all about combining and whipping real well, to the correct consistency*
Macarons: Almond flour (you can make your own by combining sugar with whole almonds (or nut of choice) and carefully grounding it w/ a blender), egg whites, vanilla extract and confectioner's sugar
Instructions: Whip eggwhites w/ sugar until stiff peaks & fold combined dry ingredients until fully combined
Icecream: Heavy cream, sweetened condense milk, and flavor of choice
Instructions: Whip heavy cream and condense milk until fluffy and well combined (for liquid flavor, add it when you are whipping) and add in other flavor, freeze 6hrs/ over night
Last step: Form sandwich!
*You can form a log w/ icecream to size of macaron*
