*Tenderize and flatten meat & cut into thin strips*
Instructions:
MARINATE meat for 10 min. w/ salt, pepper, sake, & fresh grated ginger
COOK meat by pan fry or deep frying, put aside
SAUTEE onions and sauce ingredients in the same pan, put aside
PREPARE sauce: stock, soy sauce, mirin, sake & on low heat simmer to a boil w/ cooked meat (if too much sauce, discard)
POUR beaten egg over dish w/o stirring and place a lid on, until cooked
SERVE over hot rice
*Can substitute somw ingredients: Sake - white wine, Mirin - white vinegar w/ a tiny bit honey , Soy Sauce - Temari *
