○○○○は「ペンギン」ではありません（笑）。久々じゃないですし(^_^;;;)。
ここに入るのは、バリウム！ もう１０年以上飲んでいません～。今日、会社から検査内容が来たのですが、しっかり胃の内視鏡検査が入っていました(^_^;;;)。
で、お食事中のみなさま、ここで読むのをぜ～ったいにおやめください！！

After a long interval, I have to take a barium meal to examine my stomach by a camera! More than ten years have passed since I took it before.

私、バリウムを飲むのは全然問題ないんです。げっぷも我慢できますし♪
問題は出す方！！ 毎年のノーマル検便も出なくてきついですが、バリウムを飲んだ後の下剤が全く効かないので、精神的にこれほど嫌な検査はないのです～(^o^;;;)。
昔あった「クイズダービー」ではありませんが、「下剤どん、さらに倍！」でも果たして・・・(^_^;)。
どうなる、今年の健康診断！？
I have no problem to take it as I can stop belching well. :-)
However I have a serious problem to defecate (a barium)!! I have difficulty in chacking my stools every year, but a purgative medicine doesn't effect at all, I have so much stress in this examination. :-|
I hope twice medicines may effect, but I don't know if it goes well...... :-)
