④蛇行運転
これ、完全に道路交通法違反ですね。神奈川県警さん、高津区の某大学付近は検挙するのに絶好の場所ですよ・・・というか、危ないので何とかしてください～。
歩きスマホよりもっと危険な走りスマホ、絶対にやめましょう。

2. Riding a bicycle with her right hand,
3. Operating a smartphone with her left hand,
4. Meandering operation.
These behaviors are violating the law of Road Traffic Law in Japan completely. Dear the police men and police women of Kanagawa prefectural police, you can arrest many persons near an university at Takatsu ward.......I mean, the road is so dangerous that please patrol there!!
Never use your smartphone not only when walking, but riding a bicycle.
