私の大事な友人の写真がtwitterにて勝手に転載されるという悲しい「事件」が発生しました。なぜ「事件」なのか？ それは著作権法違反だからです！
写真だけではなく、著作権法第１０条に掲げられる多くの著作物が保護の対象となっており、著作権者の許可なく権利を侵害した場合、罰金刑はもちろんのこと、懲役刑が科される可能性があります（同法第１１９条～第１２４条）。
自分の撮った写真を勝手に転載されたら、嫌ですよね。絶対にやめましょう！

A sad "Incident" that my close friend's photo is uploaded on twitter without permission happened. Why is it an "Incident"? Because the behavior is violation of the "Copyright Law of Japan"!
Not only photos but also many "Works" which are shown in the "Copyright Law of Japan, Article 10" are protected, and if persons may violate the copyright without author's permission, they will be subject to fine up, or even imposed up to imprisonment. (The Law Article 119 to 124)
If your photos are uploaded without your permission, you may feel sad. NEVER do such a behavior!
