The conductor "Thank you for taking this train. This is the 8:19 AM local train for Noborito. Today we relieved a sudden illness passenger at Inadazutsumi station, so this train departed from Kawasaki station nine minutes delay. We apologize for your inconvenience."
Nineteen ACCIDENTS per twenty-three days!? If this pace will be kept, the number will reach to one hundred before the rainy season will end (^_^;;;).
