But it is not so healthy and not good for diet.
How can I focus on eating healthier?
Carbohydrates are important for human health and they taste delicious. It is essential to have Carbohydrate but I don't know how much I should have .
I decided try to not to have so much carb right this morning.
However, I had icecream, hot chocolate, and jello today even though I did try not to have so much bread!! Also, today's dinner was Sushi. High Carbon dinner today!
I should put myself on a low carb eating plan incorporation meat and veggies with no sugar or wheat products
