Break Fast: Skipped 
Four straight days.
Lunch: 
A bowl of rice, a bowl of soup, A plate of fried vegetables

Dinner: 
A bowl of bean paste soup, A plate of grilled meat and vegetables, three bowl of rice

Event: 
  I arrived our office before 10:00 am.
  I forgot that I had a meeting from 9:00 am.
  So I missed the meeting

  I went to my offices cafeteria with my coworkers.
  I had some meetings today.
  I worked overtime today too

  Then, I came home.
  Now I'm studying English.

My yesterday's goal: 
  Not Good I'll wake up by 6:00 am! => I waked up at 7:00 am.
 
Perfect
 I'll talk with my daughter for half an hour or more in the morning!
  
Perfect I'll study French for 10 minutes or more!
  
Perfect I'll study English for 3 hours or more!
  
Not Good I'll work hard in my business hour and won't work overtime! => I worked overtime until 10:30 pm.
  
Perfect I'll skip breakfast. 
  
Not Good I'll save money. => I bought some snack and chocolates.

My today's goal: 

  I'll wake up by 6:00 am!
  I'll talk with my daughter for half an hour or more in the morning!
  I'll study French for 10 minutes or more!
     =>To hear French audio.
  I'll study English for 3 hours or more!
     =>To hear English audio for 2 hours or more.
     =>To take a English conversation lesson.

  I'll skip breakfast. 
  I'll save money.
