Three straight days.
Lunch: 
A bowl of rice, a bowl of soup, A piece of mackerel (Fish)

Dinner: 
A piece of codfish (Fish), A bowl of rice

Event: 
  I arrived our office before 9:30 am

  I went to McDonald to take a break with my coworker.
  I had some meetings today.
  One is the audio conference that communicated in English.
  I worked overtime today too.
  Then, I came home.
  Now I'm studying French and English.

My tomorrow's goal: 
  I'll wake up 6:00 am!
  I'll talk with my daughter for half an hour or more in the morning!
  I'll study French for 10 minutes or more!
  I'll study English for 3 hours or more!
  I'll work hard in my business hour and won't work overtime!
  I'll skip breakfast. 
  I'll save money.
