日本の外務省海外安全ホームページの情報によると、
コロナ感染症による新たな水際対策措置として、
3月17日付けで、検疫強化の対象国にケニアとネパールが追加指定されたそうだ。
According to the information on the overseas safety website of the ministry
of Foreign Affairs of Japan,
as a new border measure due to corona infection as of March17,
Kenya and Nepal have been additionally designated as target countries
for strengthening quarantine.
この措置は、昨年12月26日に決定された日本における措置で、
これまで多数の国がその対象として指定されていたが、
とうとうネパールも指定された。
This measure was decided on December 26,last year in Japan.
Many countries have been designated as a targets,
but finally Nepal has also been designated.

●“国内で変異ウイルスの感染者が確認された国、地域のすべての入国者は、
出国前72時間以内の検査証明が必要とされる。”
“All immigrants in countries and regions where are mutant virus infection
has been confirmed are required to have a test certificate
with in 72hours before departure.”
●“出国前検査証明が提出できない場合は、
入国後3日目において改めて検査を行い、
陰性と判定された場合は、新たに位置情報の保存等、について誓約を求めると共に、
検疫所が確保する宿泊施設を退所し、入国後14日間自宅での待機が求められる。”
“The inspection will be conducted again on the 3rd day after entry,

今はちょうど、日本へ留学をしようとしているネパール人留学生が、
日本へ入国しなければならない時期でもある。
また、日本ではこの時期年度の切り替わりということで、
ネパールから日本へ入国しようとしている在留邦人もいることだろう。
It is also the time when Nepali students enter to Japan for study abroad.
Also, there may be some Japanese who are trying to enter Japan
from Nepal because of the change of the fiscal year.
検査証明の提出や日本入国後の14日間の自宅待機は、
手間がかかることは確かだと思うが、
日本で、特に１都3県で感染者数が下げ止まりしている、というニュースを見る限り、
この対策は日本にとって必須のものであろうと思う。
I think this measure will be essential for Japan as far as the news
that the number of the infected people has stopped declining in Japan
especially in Tokyo and other 3 prefectures,
even if it will take some time and effort to submitted the inspection certificate
and quarantine at home for 14days after entered in Japan.
各国で2020年初頭に始まったコロナ感染拡大。
『コロナと戦う』のではなく,
『共存する』という気持ちで生きていく必要がありそうだ。
